Centrix NZ; new File Transfer service added

Added support for Centrix "File Transfer" service. This includes the "Upload File", "Download File", and "Retrieve List" products.

This service enables an authorised user to upload and retrieve files. It is designed to be used from scripts, for example, to upload a CCR file to Centrix rather than via their website.
