HTML Widgets; Breakdown reports; Dropdown list in table headers not working

HTML Widgets with dropdown lists in their table headers (such as the Basis dropdown in the Workflows Breakdown report) were not working.

Clicking the dropdown button or attempting to use the cursor keys to change the values did nothing.
