Workflow Summary Page; new option to reply to log from Key Details or Workflow Summary Page

The "Summary Script" page of the Workflow Types form now has an option to "Show 'Reply' icon for Logs". This is used when generating the Workflow Logs block in the Summary Page.

NOTE: This new option is checked by default.

FormShow Application Shortcuts for Logs can now include a "replyToLogPk". This must be used in conjunction with the corresponding record id parameters, e.g. "accountId=L1000&replyToLogPk=123".

The following types of Log forms now support the "replyToLogPk" parameter:

• Account Log
• Account Application Log
• Client Log
