Workflows; Log type items; New option to not show the Fee page for Account Logs
A new "Show Fee page?" option is available when defining Log type Workflow Type Items.
This is checked by default.
Unchecking it will cause the Fee page not to be displayed in the Workflow Actions wizard when actioning this item.
