Task Manager; Account Application folders may not correctly refresh items

A folder in the Task Manager that shows Accepted, Declined or Unwanted Account Applications may not correctly refresh items when they are changed.

For example, after selecting a row and clicking on one of the flag Actions the row will disappear.
