Bank Account Enquiries; not saving ClientId and other information in original Service Log
The Service Log generated when creating a Bank Account Enquiry request was not storing the Request's ClientId, Account Application Id, Account Applicant Pk and Enquiry Reference.
In addition the Reference sent to illion BankStatements and CreditSense includes the ClientId. However, this could be blank if the Bank Account Enquiry was done from an Account Application. A change has been made so if the ClientId is not blank [ClientId]_[GUID] is sent, if AccountAppId is not blank [AccountAppId]_[GUID] is sent, otherwise just a GUID is sent.
