Account Monitor Category Change form; Better Application Shortcut support added
The Account Monitor Category Change form can now be opened via an Application Shortcut not running from the Acounts form, e.g.:
FormShow?form=AccountMonitorCategoryChange&id=L10000&AccountMonitorCategory=B
Also, when dragged to the Task Pane, a valid Application Shortcut is now created.
