Account Log List Reports; added Action Date and Action Completed Date

New columns for Action Date/Time and Action Completed Date/Time have been added to the Account Log List.

In addition, the Action Date/Time and Action Complete Date/Time is available to be exported for the Account, Account Application, Client and User Log Reports.

Also, the Client Log List Report may fail with an error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Column 'DelegatedToRowId' does not belong to table Table.".
