Global Settings; Removed "Allow SSL3 protocol?" setting

The "Allow SSL3 protocol?" setting found under Global Settings, Internet has been removed.

The allowable security protocols now use the "SystemDefault" from Windows. This means future enhancements, e.g. TLS 1.3, will be applied without necessitating upgrades to finPOWER Connect.

System Information and Internet Connectivity Test results now includes the "Security Protocols" setting for confirmation.

NOTE: The minimum requirement for Windows has also been updated from Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 8.1.
