Uncleared Funds; always zero if the Account Type Credit Limits "Use Uncleared Funds" option is unchecked

The Uncleared Funds value for an Account was obeying the Account Type setting for Credit Limits, i.e. if Account Type, Credit Limit page, "Use Uncleared Funds" setting was unchecked, Uncleared Funds always returned zero.

The following changes have been made:

• Various Summary Pages have been updated.
• Workflow Items of Type "Test". "Uncleared Funds" test now does not use this setting.
• Uncleared Funds shown in the Account List Query/ Reports, e.g. Loan Trial Balance Report, will no longer use the Account Type Setting.

The following Standard Summary Page Blocks have been updated:

• "Account_CreditLimits" has been updated to version 1.07 on 28/05/2019.
• "Account_CreditLimits_ForTransaction" has been updated to version 1.02 on 28/05/2019.
• "Account_FinancialDetails" has been updated to version 1.12 on 28/05/2019.
• "Account_FinancialStatus" has been updated to version 1.12 on 28/05/2019.
• "AccountClose_Summary" has been updated to version 1.02 on 28/05/2019.
