Workflows; Skipping an item in the "BeforeItemAction" Script event still processes the item

Skipping a Workflow Item in the "BeforeItemAction" Script event was still processing the item.

This issue has been cleaned up however, after skipping the item, setting the eventHandled Script parameter to True achieves exactly the same since this indicates to the Workflow Executor that the Script has handled processing of the item and it should therefore do nothing.
