Bank Export Services; "Flo2Cash (Reference) Australia" added

A Bank Exporter for Flo2Cash in Australia has been added (for users with Advanced Banking Add-On).

The new Export Service is named "Flo2Cash (Reference) Australia". It differs from "Flo2Cash Australia" in that the Plan ID is derived from the Account's Payment Details Reference, rather than the Account's code.

Also, because the Reference is used as the Plan ID the file does not, by default, include the optional column 4 Reference. To include both a Plan ID and Reference, enter the reference with a semi-colon separating the details, e.g. "1234;Reference".

Note, Flo2Cash requires Plan ID's to be numeric.
