Workflows; Publishing an SMS type Document fails to include Account Id in email when recipient replies

If a Workflow Item was configured to send an SMS Document, e.g., to an Account Client and was set to publish this Document immediately then the SMS would be sent successfully. However, if the client responded, the email sent back would not include the Account Id in the subject.
