Credit Bureau Defaults for Australia; updated logic when Account closed

The logic for Australian Credit Bureau Defaults when an Account is closed has been updated.

Note, the Credit Reporting AU service does not support uploading of Defaults, rather it is used as a placeholder for the Comprehensive Credit Report Export.

Previously the Default's status was updated to "Complete" but the last values were not updated. The last values are now updated to match current values. This mirrors what a Default upload would do.
