HTML Widgets; Account Payment Details control not showing tags for new Accounts
The Account Payment Details HTML Widget controls (Incoming and Outgoing) were not displaying a list of insertable tags when focused on the Reference fields for new Accounts.
This was apparent in the New Account wizard, Other page, Incoming Payment details section.
