HTML Widgets; ComboBox control; ListFromCodeDescriptionList method added

A new ListFromCodeDescriptionList method has been added to the widget.UI.ComboBox control.

This can accept either a JavaScript array containing objects with both a "Code" and "Description" property or a JSON formatt version of this object.

The Description will be bound to the list.
