Bank Export Services; "Flo2Cash (Code) New Zealand" added

A Bank Exporter for Flo2Cash in New Zealand has been added (for users with Advanced Banking Add-On).

The new Export Service is named "Flo2Cash (Code) New Zealand". It differs from "Flo2Cash New Zealand" in that the Plan ID is derived from the Account's Payment Details Code, rather than the Account's code.

Note, Flo2Cash requires Plan ID's to be numeric, so the Code must not include letters.
