Client Name and Legal Name; increase length from 100 to 125 characters

Currently the Client Name for organisations only allowed up to 100 characters. This has been increased to 125 characters to better support the NZ PPSR

The following fields now support 125 characters:

• Client Name
• Client Aka Name
• Client Employment Organisation Name
• Account Application Applicant Name
• Account Application Applicant Legal Name

Note, the Client Legal Name was previously increased to 125 characters. This was done using an overflow field in the database - which has now been removed.

The following HTML Widgets have also been updated:

• "HtmlWidget_ClientEdit" has been updated to version 1.06 (8/04/2019).
• "HtmlWidget_ClientNew_Organisation" has been updated to version 1.02 (8/04/2019).
