Postcodes and Addressing; update Check and Download buttons for Full Address Interface
The Postcodes and Addressing Admin form includes four buttons under the "Full Address" page.
The FTP and HTTP buttons have been simplified to one "Download" button which opens the Intersoft web site to download the address file.
In addition the "Check" button no longer tries to download the file.
