General Ledger Export; "Xero Journal (Bank Transactions)" file exporter updated

The "Xero Journal (Bank Transactions)" General Ledger file exporter has been updated to include better information in the description column, especially for Bank Export Batches, i.e. Direct Credit, Direct Debit and Lodgement grouped Bank Transactions.

The Bank Transaction's Reference or the Bank Export Id for Bank Export Batches is now included in the Description.
