Propercase function; updated to handle multi-line text

The existing Business Layer function finBL.Runtime.TextUtilities.ProperCase() was not expecting multi-line text, and therefore did not capitalise the first character of the second, third etc lines.

This function has been updated to cater for multi-line strings.
