HTML Widgets; Grids; Behaviour tweaked

The following changes have been made to the HTML Widget Grid control:

• If no column headers are shown (e.g., New Account wizard, Financial page) then the columns are sized as per the specified column widths; previously they used a default size.
• Number entry in grids looked a little odd. The number control did not size correctly and displayed a blue bottom border.
