HTML Widgets; Allow Close button to be intercepted and cancelled

A new widget.DisableCloseButton() method has been added.

This means that when the Window Close button is clicked in either the Windows form (desktop) or Modal form (finPOWER Connect Cloud), instead of closing the Widget, a "FormClose" notification action will be sent to the Widget instead.
