finAccountCalc; fails to calculate term when an overriding regular payment is entered

When you enter an overriding regular payment, the idea is that the term is then calculated.

However, if finAccountCalc.TermCycle is blank, the calculation fails as it was incorrectly validating that there is a valid term.

This cannot be reproduced via the finPOWER Connect User Interface. you must use the Business Layer directly.
