High DPI display issues; several minor tweaks made

Several minor tweaks have been to better support very High DPI displays, i.e. 200%.

• Product Type form: bottom control truncated.
• Queues form: text truncated.
• Accounts form: Notes control truncated.
• New Account and Account Quotation form: controls truncated at bottom, financial control truncated on right, financial options truncated.
• Bank Entry form: Cancel button on top of Delete button.
• Account Approve Disbursements form: Filters have search buttons truncated.
• Pending Service Requests form: buttons are on top of each other.
• Print Documents form: Filters have search buttons truncated.
