PPSR NZ; Remove G2B Interface functionality

Various PPSR G2B functions have been removed from finPOWER Connect, as this interface is no longer supported.

  • Removed PPSR G2B Search wizard
  • Removed PPSR G2B Update wizard

  • Removed Reports

Note, in the Business Layer, G2B properties various properties and functions have now been obsoleted:

  • E.g. PPSRG2BNZRequestUrl now returns a blank string
  • finBL.Settings.WebServices.PPSRNZApiType now always returns isefinPPSRNZApiType.REST
