+ Closed ordered by Date Closed
+ Open, Closed Pending ordered by Date Opened
+ Quote ordered by Date/Time Created
+ Incomplete, Reviewing and Complete (Account Application) ordered by Date/Time Created
Note, previously "Incomplete" Account Applications were ordered with "Open" Accounts, but Accounts were ordered by Account Id whereas Incomplete Account Applications were ordered by Created Date/Time.
