HTML Widgets; Management reports; "Export to Excel" button removed since this is now available from right-clicking
Exporting a grid's data is now available to all grids by right-clicking the grid.
The following HTML Widgets previously displayed an Export to MS Excel button in their footer area. This has been removed:
- Account Breakdown Report
- Account Applications Breakdown Report
- Promise Management Summary
- Workflows Breakdown Report
