SummaryTables; tableWidth parameter ignored when setting BackgroundColour
The finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder.SummaryTablesAppend business layer method was ignoring the tableWidth parameter when the BackgroundColour of the summary table was being set.
This meant that the background colour would not span across the report when the width had been set to 100%.
Note, the following built-in Summary Page has been updated:
"SummaryPage2_CreditEnquiryReport_NZGovernment" has been updated to version 1.07 on 17/01/2019.
