HTML Widgets; Grids; Now allows separators between sets of buttons

Widget Grids (widget.UI.Grid) controls can now have separators in their buttons list dispalayed below the grid.

The is achieved by inserting empty JavaScript objects into the array of actions, e.g.:

  var actions = [];
  actions.push({actionId: "1", caption: "Exit", icon: "Account", checked: true});
  actions.push({});
  actions.push({actionId: "2", icon: "Client"});
  actions.push({actionId: "3", icon: "AccountApp"});
  actions.push({});
  actions.push({actionId: "12", icon: "Client"});
  actions.push({actionId: "13", icon: "AccountApp"});

  mGridItems.Actions().Define(actions);
