Database Purge; Accounts fail to purge if they have related Tax Certificate or Credit Report records

Purging Accounts and archiving "Closed" Accounts may fail. Errors relating to Tax Certificate or Account Credit Report tables may be shown.

The archive process now correctly handles the following records when deleting an Account:

• TaxCertificate. Where the Tax Certificate deleting is also related to other Tax Certificates via the GroupTaxCertificatePk column.
• AccountCreditReport.

Note, you should be careful to not purge/archive information required by the Tax Authorities.
