Loan Statement document; Overdue block now shown for ah-hoc Statement with no "To Date" specified

The Loan Statement document did not show the Overdue block if it was run as an ad-hoc Document and the "To Date" was not specified.

This is now included and shows the Overdue as at the latest Transaction.
