Veda/ Equifax NZ; new Credit Enquiry product "Driver Licence Verification" added

Added support for Equifax (formally Veda) NZ "Driver Licence Verification (Extended Name Fields)" product. This product is known as "Driver Licence Verification" within finPOWER Connect.

This enquiry returns a Report which retrieves information held on the NZ Transport Agency database to validate driver licence details supplied by an Individual.
