Combine Clients wizard; may error when committing

The Combine Clients wizard may error when committing.

The error may include "Failed to save Client Contact Methods. Failed to add new record in UpdateQueryBuilder.".

This occurs because the Client being deleted includes a Contact Method pointing to itself. So, when the Client is deleted it fails because the Contact Method becomes invalid (the Client it is pointing to no longer exists).
