SMS Messages; better handling of diacritical characters in message

SMS Messages have been updated to better handle diacritical characters in the message.

For example, the word "Café" was being sent as "Caf" - i.e. the invalid character "é" was removed. This has changed so that diacritical characters are normalised, e.g. to "Cafe".
