HTML Widgets; SetComboFromInformationList not respecting LimitToList

Using the SetComboFromInformationList method of the HTML Widget InformationListComboBox control was not respecting the Information Lists "Limit To List" setting.

NOTE: If the value entered is not in the Information List, the control is cleared upon moving to another control.
