Icons; inconsistent icon used for file find

There is an inconsistent icon used for file find. In some places this is a folder icon overlaid with binoculars, in others it is overlaid with a magnifying glass.

It has been standardised to a folder icon overlaid with binoculars.

In addition, in some places both a Find and Open button are shown - but both use "F4" as a shortcut key. This has been removed from the Find button as this is typically used to Open a form or file (opposite to Ctrl+F4 Close).
