Credit Enquiry; may fail with an error creating/ updating ISServiceLog table

A Credit Enquiry may fail with an error creating/ updating the ISServiceLog table if the Enquiry Reference is longer than 100 characters.

The error in SQL Server is:

Failed to create pending Service Log.
Failed to add new record in UpdateQueryBuilder.
String or binary data would be truncated.
The statement has been terminated.
