HTML Widgets; Grid; Row selector in header row is doubled-up if the grid has stickHeader set to true
When row selectors are turned on for a widget.UI.Grid, the grid has "stickHeader: true" as a startup option and also "allowMultiRowSelect: true", the checkbox in the header row of the row selector column was doubled up.
