PPSR NZ Interface; updated code for matching Collateral in an Amendment
PPSR NZ Amendment Collateral matching has been enhanced to better handle Financing Statements registered via other software or using the website.
finPOWER Connect always creates "Goods - Other" Collateral with a Collateral Item. Other systems may not do this as it is optional to create a Collateral Item.
Therefore, if finPOWER Connect now finds a "Goods - Other" Collateral with a matching Description, no items in the PPSR, but one blank item in finPOWER Connect it will match the item and treats the Collateral as the same.
