Accounts form, Audit page; may cause an unhandled exception error

On the Accounts and other forms, Audit page, clicking the "Clear Form" button may cause an "An unhandled exception has occurred. Index was outside the bounds of the array." error.

This occurs if the User Data button is enabled and has focus and the Audit grid has one or more rows when you click "Clear Form".
