Account Interest Rate Change wizard; Summary Page updated to version 2

The Summary Page on the second page of the Account Interest Rate Change wizard "Maturity or Payment Adjustment" has been updated to a version 2 Summary Page.

This also applies to the Account Pending Floating Interest Rates wizard and the drilldown Account Floating Interest Rate Review form.

The following Built-In Summary Page has been updated:

"SummaryPage2_AccountInterestRateChange_Summary" has been updated to version 2.00 on 13/11/2018.
