PPSR NZ Interface; new setting to log all requests

The PPSR NZ Interface does not log some requests, e.g. Token requests.

A new setting has been added to Global Settings, Securities, PPSR NZ, "Log all Requests?". Normally leave this unchecked, however for debugging purposes Intersoft Systems may ask you to turn this on.

When checked, all PPSR NZ requests, including Token requests, will be logged to the ISServiceLog table in your database.
