Account Applications; When viewing temporary Account or Client created from the Application, Contact Method hyperlinks do not work

When viewing temporary Accounts or Clients created from the Application, Contact Method hyperlinks do not work.

These hyperlinks only worked for existing Clients, not newly created Clients since they relied upon the Client having a Client Id.

For new Clients, contact methods such as Email Addresses are no longer hyperlinked.
