Report Templates; Template Script code fails to run if the "Allow Script to format report cells" is checked

If the Template Script Code is pasted into a new Report Template and the "Allow Script to format report cells" option is checked on the General page then running the report results in the following error:

Unable to cast object of type 'Intersoft.ISReports3.ISReportCellFormats' to type 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Intersoft.ISReports3.ISReportCellFormat]'.
