Account Applications; Logs; New "AccountAppLogSubjects" Information List added

A new Information List, "AccountAppLogSubjects", has been added to populate the Subject dropdown of the Account Application Log form.

If this contains no items then the dropdown will revert back to using the LoanLogSubjects or DpstLogSubjects lists as before.

NOTE: This has meant a change to the business layer finAccountAppFunctions.GetSubjectInformationListIdFromAccountAppLog method which means existing functionality such as defaulting the Subjects list from a specified Workflow Item will continue work as before and also means that finPOWER Connect Cloud will automatically implement this new list.
