Workflow Types; Summary Script; New option to "Show Actioned User and Date details"

By default, the User that Actioned (completed) an item and the date it was actioned are shown in the Items block of the Workflow Summary page.

A new option to "Show Actioned User and Date details?" has been addded to the Summary Script page of the Workflow Types form to exclude this information if required.
