TxtStream SMS Service; may fail with an unhandled exception

Both TxtStream SMS Services, "TxTStream New Zealand (.NET V2 interface)" and "TxTStream New Zealand (XML over HTTP interface)", may fail with the folloowing error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Procedure call or argument is not valid.".

This occurs if the Recipient Name includes a diacritical mark, e.g. Café.

The Recipient Name is now validated and any discritical characters are replaced with a non-diacritical letter, e.g. Café become Cafe.

In addition, the underlying TxtStream .NET assembly, TxtMessage.dll, has been upgraded from version 2.0.3293.24726 to version 4.0.5207.21644.
