HTML Widgets; widget.UI.Tab.FocusFirst; Not accounting for CheckBox controls

If the first visible control on a Tab page was a CheckBox, the widget.UI.Tab.FocusFirst() method was skipping this.

For example, the "External Party Edit form", Options page, was focusing on the "BDM" dropdown rather than the "Allow Accounts to be linked to External Party?" CheckBox.
