HTML Widgets; DBCombo; Shorten common column headers

The DBCombo used in HTML Widgets and also in finPOWER Connect Cloud now shortens some common column header names in the dropdown list.

NOTE: In finPOWER Connect Cloud, the list of columns shown in standard range dropdowns such as "Broker" is often more comprehensive than when viewing the widget within finPOWER Connect.

Long, automatic column names such as "Master External Party Id" can look untidy and, on mobile devices, decrease the amount of space available to display the dropdowns.

The following modifications are now made to column names when displaying the DBCombo's dropdown list:

* Type Text
* Now displays as "Type", e.g., "External Party Type Text" now shows "External Party Type"

* Master
* If the column starts with "Master" and ends with "Id", it is shortened to "Master", e.g., "Master External Party Id"

* Resolved
* If the column ends with "Resolved", this is replaced with "+", e.g., "Description Resolved" becomes "Description+"

* Full
* If the column ends with "Full", this is replaced with "+", e.g., "Description Full" becomes "Description+"
